Our strands and ropes for the medical technology pass strict manufacturing and cleaning processes taking under consideration medical standards. Basically we only deliver non-twisting and low-strain strands and ropes with cleaned, high-gloss and smooth surface finish into the medical technology devision.
The majority of our products for this devision are being delivered with extruded isolation made of
biocompatible materials and if necessary, e.g.
for heart electrodes, under sufficient consideration of dielectric characteristics.
Integrated measuring and testing
equipment secure high quality requirements and control the process. Even years later material and production data are traceable.
Standardly we offer wire products made of materials 1.4401, 1.4404 and 1.4441. Furthermore all other stranding and recommended materials for this application can be delivered in coated and non-coated version.
